Don’t get so excited about the fact its the weekend that you start to drink too early, and forget to eat! Make sure you line your stomach before you have that first drink. This has so many health benefits. Alcohol on an empty stomach can irritate the stomach lining giving you acid reflux and symptoms of IBS in the morning. You can avoid being on and off the toilet the next day by following this simple rule! You are less likely to choose the unhealthy, greasy food option at the end of the evening which you will regret when you get on the scales.
